Placing Orders
Send us your order form via email (info@otomik.com), Web (call Customer Service to request a Password and ID). Of course, you may also order direct by calling customer service at 1-877-PRO-JEKT. Our minimum order is only a case pack per product line!
Drop Shipping
No, we currently do not offer Drop Shipping.
Shipping Charges
Petprojekt™ tries to obtain the best shipping rates possible, so we can pass our savings on to you. Please be aware that the shipping rates on our website do not apply to wholesale orders. Instead, we wait until we have packed up your order, so we can weigh it and include the bare minimum shipping cost possible. You can rest assure that we are focused on keeping those costs as low as possible. Don’t forget, most orders ship either same day or within one business day from the time it was placed.
Returns
We warranty all of our products against any manufacturing defects, but we ask that you notify us before returning defective merchandise. We understand that circumstances cannot all be handled the same and if our Customer Service Team agrees to accept a non-defective product, a restocking fee of 10% will be assessed to the returned item(s).
Images From Petprojekt™
Yes, we do have many of our high quality images available for your print or online use. All you have to do is log onto our website, go to the Logos and Images section, and download what you need.
Trouble Logging In?
Having trouble logging in? It could be that you are not accepting cookies. A cookie is a small tracking file that our system uses to keep track of who you are, so that we can identify your shopping cart, account, and so forth.

* Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.

* Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
* Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
* Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."

* Click "OK".

* Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
* Click on the "Privacy" tab.
* Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
